4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phmaca Account credentials, including your password and any OTP-based authentication codes.
4.2 You must notify phmaca immediately if You become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phmaca will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account use prior to notification.
4.3 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to use your Account, or use another person's Account credentials. Each Account must be operated solely by the registered Account holder.
4.4 You agree to keep your registered contact information — including your Philippine mobile number and email address — current and accurate. phmaca may send important Account notifications via SMS to your registered Philippine number.
5.1 Accepted Methods. phmaca accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven where applicable. Accepted payment methods are displayed in the phmaca Account wallet and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Minimum & Maximum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the phmaca wallet interface. phmaca reserves the right to amend these limits with reasonable prior notice to Players.
5.3 KYC Before Withdrawal. phmaca is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. 5.4 Withdrawal Processing. phmaca targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during regular Philippine business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one Philippine banking business day. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees; phmaca shall not be liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or regulatory holds.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your phmaca Account are from lawful sources and are beneficially owned by You. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the phmaca Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phmaca does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies.
6.1 phmaca may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, and expiry dates.
6.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal may be made. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.

7.1 All games on the phmaca Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmaca shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from platform unavailability, game technical errors, or delays in payment processing.
10.2 phmaca's total aggregate liability to You in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by You in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits phmaca's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 phmaca may suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting phmaca customer support. Pending account closure, all outstanding wagering requirements will be evaluated, and verified real-money balances (net of any pending bonus investigations) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period.
11.3 Account closure at the Player's request does not constitute a waiver of phmaca's right to investigate and prosecute any prior fraudulent or prohibited conduct.

13.2 If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through phmaca's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.
13.3 Game outcome disputes — including disputes about the result of a specific hand, spin, or round — will be determined by reference to phmaca's server logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes on the Platform.
14.1 phmaca reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number or by prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the phmaca Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not accept the revised Terms, You must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9487 as amended.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through phmaca's internal complaints procedure or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
